Do I need previous coaching experience?
No. Many programs are designed for beginners and explain each topic step by step. Whether you have never participated in coaching education before or you have years of experience with personal development, our programs meet you where you are. The learning materials and exercises are structured to be accessible regardless of prior knowledge.
How long do the programs last?
Programs usually range from six to twelve weeks depending on the selected course and learning format. For example, the Communication Skills Coaching and Productivity & Goal Planning programs run for 6 weeks, while the Personal Growth Foundations and Career Development Education programs run for 8 weeks. The Confidence & Self-Management Training program is our most comprehensive offering at 12 weeks.
